Shipping policy

Orders are processed in 3 business days and shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

If you plan to receive an order for a specific date, keep in mind that we do not have control of the route of the package once we have dispatched it and in festive seasons the couriers are more compromised and the shipments may arrive later than they should.

The company will provide the information related to the postal service, including estimated delivery dates and costs. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

The company will not be responsible for incomplete or erroneous addresses provided by the customer, for lost or stolen packages, for delays or any damage to the product or its packaging caused by the weather, the handling of the postal service, or during the delivery process. The company will not be responsible for the faithful and strict compliance with shipping dates and will not be bound by any guarantee for these purposes. Delays and spatial circumstances of which the company has knowledge, will be announced accordingly.

We suggest that you review and confirm the postal address you have placed for delivery, the quantities of products purchased and your selections in general, before completing the order. We cannot guarantee that such information can be amended or altered after completing your shopping transaction. If you identify an error immediately complete the transaction, write to us.

Orders returned to our facilities due to errors in the address entered by the customer, carry an additional charge for reshipment. The charge may vary according to the weight of the package. In no case will the company assume charges for forwarding.

The company will be responsible for shipping costs only in cases where the company determines that it has made an error when dispatching the order or when there have been manufacturing defects and grants a product replacement.
